Corey Floyd, Jr. (“CJ”) Heads to Geneva

Corey Floyd, Jr., with four years of Big East experience on his resume, will be heading to Switzerland’s top league to begin his professional career.
“CJ” will be joining the Geneva Lions, who compete in Switzerland’s highest league, and in European Cup qualifying games.
“I’m grateful to begin my professional basketball career in Geneva with the Lions,” said Corey. “I’m excited for the challenge, opportunity, growth, and everything this new chapter has to offer. I’m ready to compete and leave my mark. Dreams demand action. God’s timing is always perfect. The work continues…”

Caitlin Mara Signs with IPZ

Caitlin Mara, a junior defender for UNC’s 5th ranked nationally women’s soccer team, has signed with IPZ for representation.
Caitlin, 5’10”, hails from Winchester, MA, and was a member, as a freshman, of UNC’s national championship season in 2024. She played in 11 matches that season, including her first start (against rival Duke), and scored her first UNC goal during the NCAA tournament.
As a sophomore, Caitlin started in 10 games and scored three goals, including one against #3 Tennessee in the NCAA tournament.
In her high school/Prep career, Caitlin’s teams had a remarkable 63-1-2 record, with 60 shutouts. She was a two-time team captain, three-time all-state player and two-time Boston Herald and Boston Globe all-scholastic pick. She was also selected to the 2023 High School All-America game… and played three years of varsity hockey.
Great American Road Rally Gets Underway

The Great American Road Rally – Celebrity Edition has kicked off on its trek across Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica.
The Rally runs until August 16th, with the television series highlighting the Rally to begin running on the CW Network in early September.
“This is an amazing production,” said Oleg Prudius, one of the drivers who will command the FDNY Foundation entry in the event. “I’m happy we will have the chance to showcase the great work of the FDNY Foundation during the show.”
