Jamir Westry Signs with IPZ
Payne Tech senior guard Jamir Westry has signed with IPZ for NIL representation.
Westry, averaging 18 points, 5 assists and 3 steals a game, has been one of the best players in the tough circles of Newark and Essex County basketball since becoming eligible in early January after transferring from College Achieve Prep.
Payne Tech, which has won 13 games in a row since Jamir became eligible, will play for its first Essex County championship title Saturday against Seton Hall Prep at 1 p.m. at Essex County College.
