Torey Thomas Joins…and Signs With IPZ

Torey Thomas, whose European professional basketball credentials include four Most Valuable Player Awards and five All-League recognitions, has joined IPZ as a mentor to our current basketball players and as a liaison with potential recruits.

Thomas has also signed with IPZ to explore college coaching opportunities in the United States, and professional opportunities in Europe.

While at Holy Cross College, Thomas scored 1,140 points and set a school record with 689 assists.

Over 11 seasons and playing in 10 different countries, Torey consistently averaged double figures while playing the “floor general” position.

“Torey has really had a remarkable career and will no doubt be an amazing mentor to our basketball players,” said Robert Zito, IPZ managing partner.  “And with his coaching experience at the U18 level in Europe, and now at the high school level in the States, it won’t surprise me if a smart college reaches out to hire him.”

“Helping those young players coming up behind me has always been a priority for me,” said Thomas.  “I look forward to adding another chapter to my basketball story by working with the team at IPZ.”

Torey has coached at the youth level in Sweden, and is currently coaching at high school and AAU programs in Connecticut and New York.

Oleynik to fight Dos Santos

Alexey Oleynik, the only professional fighter in history to win professional fights in four different decades, will battle Geronimo Dos Santos in the first “Bare Knuckle Fight” for each fighter on April 4 in Dubai.

Taking place at the Dubai Tennis Stadium, the Oleynik-Dos Santos fight is one of 11 bouts on the card that evening.

Bose has enlisted three dynamic young IPZ clients

Bose has enlisted three dynamic young IPZ clients - Canadian singer and Guinness World Record holder Capri Everitt, along with St. Peter’s Prep basketball standouts Mason Santiago and Richie Rosa – to support their product marketing.

As rising stars in music and sports, each has received and will promote a pair of Bose QC Ultra Headphones, a high-quality product that Bose believes will enhance their everyday routines and performances.

Whether in the studio, during warm-ups, or on the go, Capri, Mason and Richie will get to experience and promote Bose’s signature sound and comfort.
